Unlimited free board-reader seats, no per-voter billing — you pay only for the administrators who run the meetings.

Board members get unlimited seats, free, on every tier. Every director, trustee, or committee member has a full login, sees agendas and minutes, and can be checked into meetings, at no cost.

Voters aren’t billed per seat either. Shareholders and members who vote and view their own holdings don’t add to your seat count — each plan includes a constituent allowance that scales with the tier you’re on, rather than a per-person charge.

Only administrators are billable seats — the people who create meetings, open ballots, and run the governance work behind the scenes. Most board portals charge per user across the whole board and membership, which turns reading an agenda or casting a vote into something the organization pays for every time it adds a person. Boards Care doesn’t: the meeting and the vote are free for everyone who attends one, and the software is priced for the people who run it.
