Vote inside the Zoom meeting

The in-meeting voter app, the in-Zoom chair console for online-only meetings, and hybrid ballots — on every tier, including the free one.

Boards Care is built on the Zoom Apps SDK, so voting happens where the meeting already is. Members vote in a panel beside the video. On online-only meetings the chair opens and closes ballots from a console in the same window, watching live quorum as proxies land.

Every vote cast online produces a receipt and a tracking code the voter can check against a tamper-evident audit trail after the meeting closes; in-person counts carry a signed tally attestation from the administrator who entered them.

Hybrid meetings are first-class, and chaired from the mobile PWA or the admin portal rather than the in-Zoom console: in-person counts entered by an administrator sit alongside online ballots in the same tally, with the same audit chain.
